Greetings Friends & Families!
Poem of the week
Who?
Who lives inside a house
that doesn’t have a door?
It doesn’t have a window
or light inside, what’s more.
Who lives inside a house
with walls so frail and thin
that when he once comes out
he cannot go back in?

What was happening?
Letter U was our focus this past week. We worked on our mini letter U book in which we picked our pictures that start with this week’s letter, the letter U, and glued them inside. We also made an umbrella out of construction papers which represent our letter of the week, the letter U. We colored our letter U inside our notebooks, and we were creative in doing that. Our reading comprehension question was “What book did we read?”, therefore, we have been reading “ A Little Book About Spring” book, written by “Leo Lionni”. We are still practicing our core word “STOP”, and we have been reading “” Stop” Said the Cop” book.
We have been learning our opposites in math, while we learned about living or nonliving things in science.
The explorers visited the Gym, the music room, and the Art room, as well.
Our little kiddos from the Montessori school made us a beautiful surprise and visited us on Thursday to share some candies and balloons to celebrate and recognize Autism during the month of April.
Enjoy this week’s pictures:
