The fitness testing that will be conducted include:
- Shuttle Run/ Agility Test
- Modified Push Up/ Upper body Strength
- Sit- ups/ Core body strength
- PACER Test/ Cardiovascular Endurance Run
- Sit & Reach Test/ Flexibility
- lower body stretch
Fitness Post testing is going to be conducted towards the end of Semester 1.
