All Classes will be Virtual for the week of April 5th- 9th
Hello,
Classes are going to be virtual this week. So, we will be Zooming class all week.
There will be no in person learning this week, all classes will be Zoom.
Attend all of your classes, and maintain communication with your teachers.

Wednesday: Synchronous All Classes Day from Home
Thursday: Group A in person/ Group B working Asynchronously
Friday: Group B in person/ Group A working Asynchronously

Activity Tip:
Listening to music can help exercise feel easier, and even boost your speed. Songs with 120- 140 beats per minute appear to have the biggest motivating effect.

Activity Tip:
Research has shown that 15 to 30 minutes of low- to moderate- intensity exercise, 3 times a week, eases anxiety, and the effects can kick in after a single session.
