NWEA testing

NWEA testing is coming up.

Please email me (hoffmae@dearbornschools.org) with the day (Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday and the group (1 or 2) that works best for you. I will reply to your email so that you have verification on which day you will be coming in on.

There will be two groups each day for a total of 8 testing times throughout the week.

Group 1: 1:55 – 2:40

Group 2: 3:00 – 3:45

For example if you choose Thursday Group 2 then you will come in on Thursday at 3:00 and pick up at 3:45 – then you will come again the following Thursday at 3:00. If I do not hear from you I will call on Monday to set up a time when your student can complete their math & reading tests.

Your student will need 3 things: Their computer / Their charger / Their mask. If they have head phones bring those in too (if not there will be headphones for you to use).

They will enter the building and sign in, then head to take their test. We will have 45 min to work on each portion of the test. The first week will be for reading and the second week will be for math.

*If your student does not finish during the time they are scheduled they will be rescheduled during an additional day to keep working.

*Please make sure to drop your student off (with all 3 of their materials) and pick them up on time. We will need time in between each group for cleaning.
