Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1/4 cup of salt
3/4 cup of water
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 taplespoon of vegetable oil
(optional: food coloring / seasonings or scents)
Steps:
1: Add the water, oil and lemon juice to a medium non-stick pot and heat on medium heat on the stove
(optional – Add food coloring or scents to the liquids)
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt
3. After the liquids are hot, but not boiling, slowly add the flour/salt to the pot and stir.
4. Continously stir until the ingredients combine and begin to form a ball.
(if it is too sticky keep heating in the pot and then stir again)
5. Place on a sheet of wax paper until it cools down. Then knead the dough for a minute or two.
