
Daily Schedule: 2 hours per day (We recommend a regular schedule, same time each day)
- Reading: 20 minutes
- Brain Break: 5 minutes (stretch, deep breaths)
- Writing: 15 minutes
- Brain Break: 5 minutes (take a walk)
- Spelling: 10 minutes
- Brain Break: 5 minutes (dance to your favorite song)
- Math: 20 minutes (one lesson)
- Brain Break 5 minutes (Exercise! jumping jacks, run in place, etc.)
- Science/Social Studies: 20 minutes
- Brain Break: 5 minutes (make a healthy snack, send a picture!)
- Share your picture, writing, something you learned: 10 minutes
