Sleep is essential to good health. The National Sleep Foundation reports that poor sleep can lead to mood swings, behavioral and cognitive problems that impact a child’s ability to learn in school. Does your child have difficulty going to bed at night? If so this workshop would be very beneficial for you.
This is an excellent workshop for parents to receive sleep education for their children. It is a 45 minute interactive power point presentation for parents. This will include a parent guide, bedtime routine charts and stickers and a bedtime routine magnet. There will also be a raffle to win a Sweet Dreamzzz fleece blanket.
We are looking for parents who would be interested in attending this workshop. If you would like to attend please call Ms. Sandi in the office at 313-827-6750. This workshop is for the first 50 parents who sign up. We are looking to schedule the workshop in late November or December. Don’ forget to call today to get your name on the list.
