Today we shared the 12 basic functions. Students came up on the board and shared their answers for domain range symmetry and asymptotes of parent functions. The key is attached.
We had discussion about similar behavior for some functions
We also discussed restrictions on log, radical and reciprocal functions.
I only had 4th hour precal, students worked on 12 basic functions posters for the class.
Tomorrow we will be starting chapter 1 FINALLY! we start this chapter with section 3 for a reason.

Today students took the first SAT Quiz. It was no calculator, 10 questions for 15 min. If you were ABSENT check with me on Monday to schedule a makeup day.
