9th graders, for the hospital journal entry questions:

• Entries dated 9/25-12/18 are due January 23rd for 4th hour and January 7th for 5th hour
• Entries dated 1/29-5/20 are due May 27th.
• Entries must be hand-written not typed. Be sure to date and number entries (for example 9/25 is #1 and 12/18 is #12).
• Answers for each question/topic need to be answered in at least a couple of sentences, if not about a paragraph depending on what the question is.
• *Remember, you must be very thoughtful and reflective while you work on this. Be detailed enough with your answers.
