Happy Spring!!!!! Have a wonderful spring break. We will see you on April 1st
Peek at the Week
- We started with week off with St. Patricks day. We are all a little Irish on March 17th! We read How to Trap a Leprechaun by Sue Fliess. We made Irish rainbow pudding cups. For the rest of the week we read Head to Toe by Eric Carle. We had a great time trying to move like all the different animals. Click on the button below to enjoy the story at home with your child Reading the same stories at home helps the students make a home/school connection and allows them the chance to let you know what they have been reading all week at school
- We made stainglass pots of gold with our 2nd grade friends and we had reading activities with them all week for March is Reading Month.
- We celebrated the 1st day of Spring even though it snowed:-/
- For math we finished up with measurements such as short and tall and working on sorting skills
- We finished with Life Science and we explored Zoo and Wild Animals
