We are in need of Kleenex

Our story this week was, The Little Valentine by Hands on Holiday Reading. In this classroom favorite, someone comes knocking at the door. Who can it be? It is our animal friends bringing valentines. The valentines have messages that are fun to read, and it’s fun to figure out who gets which one. The story is rhyming and predictable, so the children can tell a part of the story using a big mack button. Your kiddos all love to help read the story. Reading the same stories at home helps the students make a home/school connection and allows them the chance to let you know what they have been reading all week at school
