Peek at the Week
- We read the Teeny Tiny Ghost by Rachel Matson. This sweet story is about a teeny ghost trying to find his boo! We also practice finding the main character on each page
- Our letter of the week was G. We practiced vocabulary words that start with the /g/ sound
- We continured our ULS lesson, Learning About Myself
- For math this month, we are pairing objects with one and only one number
- We had a fire house assembly
- We made monster pudding. It was delcious
Busy Week Ahead….
Going to the ZOO…On Monday, October 28th, we will be going to the Detroit Zoo. This is a very special trip as the Annapolis Honor students are paying our way and spending the day with us. They fundraise throughout the year to have this special experience with our students. It is always such a fun day. Each student will need to send a packed lunch. If your child is tube fed, we will feed them while we are there. The weather is forecast to be a low of 52 and a high of 62 degrees! A perfect weather day for zoo fun!!!! Dress for the weather please.
We will be riding a school bus to the Administrative Service Center to go Trick or Treating this year. We will leave around 12:30 p.m. and return when we are finished. Please send in your child’s costume clearly marked with their name. We will help the students get dressed after lunch. We will be going on Thursday, October 31st
