4th/5th grade Activity Resources Mr Wyka / Mr Tapp Hi Salina Family, I hope everyone is staying active/Fit!!Weekly Gym Assignments. Lets try some sitting exercises this week(12 sit-ups,7 push-ups, and 22 mountain climbers. Standing you can do 12 jumping jacks, 12 line jumps, and 7 squat thrust! Try a new exercise or stretch every day (have fun)! Click on the link below, play videos, have fun and be active! Students can watch videos/ participate (play along) , try to be active/play/read and practice healthy habits 20 minutes daily. Write down what you do each week on paper. If you have access to email send me a message tell me what you did every Friday, if you do not have computer access just keep your papers at home. Stay safe and be keep moving! Stay active and safe!!
