After practicing making rubbings to create textures for an abstract line artwork, we are diving right into using rubbings for a stilllife of flowers and a vase. Lots of good fine motor practice going on here, and a bit of gross motor too. We are cutting and pasting our flowers into a vase with stems. This is a very popular subject among artists.
