Hello Miller Students!
I have set up a Music Google Classroom for students Grades 1-5. This will include similar activities to those that have been posted on my blog the past few weeks, along with learning about new Composers, Musical Theory (rhythm and pitch), and Movement Activities.

If you did not receive an invite to join the class through your student email, the code for the class is: lzmzpvc. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Miss Doan

These are all Mystery Science lessons. It is wonderful if you can do the activity but if you can’t, go through the directions until you get towards the end. There is always a section showing what happens and usually a wrap up section there. Missing everyone!!!!! Hope you enjoy. Good evening parents and students,

I hope all of you are staying safe and enjoying the time with your family.

I miss you all and can’t wait to see you very soon.

As we’re heading toward the third week of school closure, I would like to say great job with turning all your work on time. Keep up the amazing work.

Here is what you are responsible to complete by Friday, April 3rd.

I- Ready: complete the 4 assigned lessons:

  • Determine word meaning using context clues 1
  • Determine word meaning using known words and suffixes -ful/and -less
  • Determine word meaning using context clues 3
  • Determine word meaning using known words and suffixes -ment/able
  • 45 minutes I-Ready work

Make sure to take your time and complete all the lessons with a minimum of passing grade 85% or above.

Zearn : Complete a minimum of 30 minutes a day. If you are not at Module 4 yet, you need to try your best to get there. Doing 2-3 lessons a day will help you get to that goal.

Writing: Your writing assignment is in Google Classroom labeled Week 3-Hurricanes. Go over the slides very carefully and respond in complete sentences.

Hello Miller Families,

Happy Friday! Please join Alex Awada from Ms. Moukalled’s fifth grade class as he starts our day off right…
