If you plan to apply for a re-take because you did NOT achieve proficiency on the Unit 1 Test, print out these items, fill them out, and bring them to class no later than Friday, 10-25-19. Once you submit the items, you will be allowed to sign up for next week’s T-Time to complete the re-take.
