Hi Hornets! This announcement has a lot of important information, so please read the entire post carefully.
We have decided that we will NOT be giving any more new assignments this year. We have a little over 1 week of school left, and we would like to give you this time to catch up in all of your classes and make sure you are happy with your grades for Card Marking 4.
First, you need to check your grades in Student Connect. Make sure you know what grade you have in each class, and that you know what assignments you want to finish or improve.
If you ever missed part of a City of Ember assignment, you will see a comment in Student Connect and on the assignment in Google Classroom explaining what part you lost points on. Please use this week to go back and finish any assignments that have missing parts, or any assignments that you are not happy with your grade on.
Use this week to make sure you are completely happy and confident with your Card Marking 4 grades! We hope to see a lot of A+s 🙂 We are here to help you, so please email, call or text us if you would like help. We are happy to help you with any subject, not only Language Arts.

We know that online learning has been a huge challenge for everyone- and we are so proud of all the hard work you guys have put in. Your hard work has truly inspired and motivated us. You are almost officially 7th graders!!
PS. The decision to not give any new assignments means that we are not posting any more City of Ember work. However, we hope that you finish the book for fun! I am attaching links to the audio for the rest of the book, as well as the PDF of the text. Email us when you finish reading or listening- we would love to hear what you think of the ending! 🙂
