Welcome back from our winter break! I hope that you were able to rest and enjoy time with family.

Just a few reminders for the upcoming weeks:

• NWEA testing begins – for our class, we will begin with Reading next week on Wednesday! Make sure you’re reading at home for at least 20 minutes a day and making sure you comprehend, or understand, what the book means.
• The iReady Diagnostic test will also be next week on Monday and Tuesday.
• I will be administering the DRA reading diagnostic tests to students one-on-one starting this week. I am hoping to see growth for all students! 🙂

Given that we are in wintery weather days, please remember to wear a warm coat, hat and gloves, especially if you walk home. If the weather permits, students have outdoor recess…be prepared!
