Hello 4th grade parents! A quick overview of the week:

Math- we are working on expanding numbers and writing numbers in word form up to one million.

Language arts- we are finishing narrative writings as a whole group. We are working on comprehension skills in reading, such as check for understanding.

Science – we are exploring energy and motion. This week we will begin an experiment.

Social studies – we are beginning our unit on our location in the United States.

I’m hoping to do a science and math mini quiz this week. It is nothing that needs to be studied for, just working on focusing during school work. 😊
