Bellwork reviewed graphing a polynomial equation and finding the extrema and zeros of a polynomial using the graphing calculator.

Hwk #25 is due today.

The remainder of the period we discussed the Domain and Range and the number of x and y-intercepts of a polynomial.  We then discussed how to write the equation of a polynomial in Standard Form using it’s zeros.  Finally, we began discussing how to factor a polynomial.

Students were given a copy of the Homework Assignments for Chapter 6.

Hwk #26 is due on Wednesday:  Page 317, Problems 3, 4, 7, 8, 21, 22, 25
