Are You Ready for Summer Reading?

Setting the expectation for reading EVERYDAY throughout the summer needs to be established in order to reduce summer learning loss. Making regular visits to the public library can be both FUN and BENEFICIAL.

Esper Library is located at 12929 Warren Ave, Dearborn. It is FREE to join and to borrow books. Most libraries also have Imagesummer programs that students can join. Consider visiting the library a few times a month or even weekly!

Here are some reading lists that are provided by the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC), a division of the American Library Association, that students may enjoy reading:

Kindergarten to 2nd Grade:

3rd to 5th Grade

HAPPY READING
