Oakman Folder-Sign and return behavior calendar for March! ***Check out order form for books for MARCH IS READING MONTH! *** MAKE SURE TO FILL IN READING MINUTES ON READING LOG (taped to folder for Monday-Friday)— students got some new book in their reading bag today so make sure to read for 20 minutes!!! YOU CAN WIN LOTS OF FUN PRIZES BUT MUST READ 20 MINUTES EVERYDAY!!!!!***
** All sight words on ring are: I, the, can, see, like, to, look, at, come, and, a, we, go, my, in, is, has, for, are, here, you, dog, up, on, have, said, it, she, me, went and TODAY’s 2 NEW sight words am and put.
***Great job on assessment yesterday, a few students have a note to be re-tested on Friday.
3.READING GROUP BAG—> read NEW book 3 times remembering to point to each word as you read AND extend to asking questions such as: “Find a sight word on this page. Point to word that starts with the /s/ sound. ETC.” Please keep alphabet linking chart and on back NEW consonants blends and digraphs in their bag– this is to help with reading and writing during reading groups and can be practiced at home as part of 15 minutes of reading each night!
4. Math Module 4 NEW homework workbook, helper on page 7 and homework page 9.
5. Spelling
