ALSO, I have uploaded a copy of a Lesson 3 study guide complete with answers. All the work shown on the study guide is what would be expected if it was the quiz. Please check it out and study from it to help you on tomorrow’s quiz.

IXL Extra Credit is due Wednesday, October 31st. If you lost your copy access the original post and open and print yourself a new copy!
1st hour students were given a homework assignment by Mr. Abdelfattah which is as follows.
(-8) + (-19) = (-27)
Write a one paragraph essay (at least 5 sentences) using the following transition words; First, next, then, in addition to, and finally. You are also to include the following vocabulary words; negative, absolute value, zero, number line, and equals.
Mr. Abdelfattah will come to 1st hour on Monday to collect the assignment.
7th grade math students and study skill students. Remember, you have until October 31st to log in to IXL and complete the skills on the sheet passed out this week. For each one you get a score of 95 or higher, you can write that score on the line provided and circle it. You will then receive 1/2 extra credit summative points for every skill that you got a 95 or higher.

On Monday we will be wrapping up Lesson 2 Stations rotations. If you already received the Study Guide from Station 5 or 6, then feel free to check Google Classroom to check your answers. On Monday I will upload the answers to the other stations onto Google Classroom to use for your upcoming quiz. Lesson 2 quiz is scheduled for Tuesday October, 16th.
