As you may recall, earlier this year our classroom participated in PE-Nut, a physical activity and nutrition program that visited our classroom for several lessons before the closing. The program has now created a virtual guide with simple activities and videos for you to complete with your children at home. This guide will be posted weekly for 3 weeks, with a short, health-based activity for each day Monday-Friday. You can easily access this guide through a PDF document posted on www.nkfm.org/PE-Nut . The first week’s guide is now posted and you can access Week Two on Monday, May 25th and Week Three on Monday, June 1st. There are also additional resources on this link for you to reference during this time.
