First graders put their skills to the test when they created an investigation to mimic why it rains.

Math is everywhere at McDonald School! Our students are practicing math facts, using technology and writing in math everyday!

Fourth and fifth graders had the task of creating a parachute to help Jack escape from the giant at the top of the beanstalk.

Today, groups devised their  plans and started to create their prototypes.  Check back next week when we test our parachutes!

3rd graders in Ms. Aun’s class used what they know about force and motion to create balloon rockets! Watch as they test their theories–who says science can’t be fun?

Fourth graders attempted to make rock candy.  While some were successful, some students wanted to try making more at home.
