All About Me!

Welcome to my blog!  I am very happy that you popped in to check it out.  This spot is where you will get to find out a little more about…ME!  I have been a teacher at McDonald Elementary School for 20 years.  I taught kindergarten for 9 years, 1st for 3 years and did a brief stint in 5th grade part time .  I was given the wonderful opportunity to become part of the McDonald Resource Team and while yes, it is hard not having my own classroom…I am still very fortunate to work in many classrooms in our building and with a wonderful Resource Team.  This year, I am also teaching Enrichment and Media !  This gives me the opportunity to work with many different children in various grades.

On a personal note, I have been married for 18 years and my husband and I have 3 children–2 daughters and a son.  My children now attend Fordson High School and Unis Middle School.

      Hello Soluiman! I’m sorry it’s taken so long for me to respond, but it’s been a bit busy. I do remember you, you and my son Sami were really good friends. How is everything going? Are you in 6th grade now? Hopefully and the family are doing well. How are your brother and sister doing?
