This week students will be practicing soccer skills. Please click on the soccer link on top to view the skills students will be practicing. Later in the week and next week students will incorporate these skills into organized soccer game play.
We will be back in the pool this week. Students will be taking the 12 minute swim test. They will swim for 12 consecutive minutes performing any of the swimming strokes they learned. Please click on the swimming tab to view the different strokes. Have a great spring break!!!

This week students will take their post fitness testing. Major parts of the fitness test is sit and reach, sit ups, push ups, and flex arm.
Welcome Back! Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a restful break. This week we will continue swimming. Students will practice freestyle stroke, backstroke, sidestroke, and breaststroke.
