-Take 15 minutes this week to go outside and play catch with a family member. Whatever equipment you have, work with that. If you have to crumple up a piece of paper and play catch with that, which would actually be very challenging.
-Practice jump roping at home 2 days this week. If you do not have a jump rope, then perform as many line jumps as you can in 20 seconds and record your score. Do this 3 times trying to reach the highest # possible.

-Go to your kitchen and grab 3 food items. Compare each of their carbs, fats, and proteins. Think to yourself which would be the healthier choice? Why? Write down what you found out about each of these items that you didn’t know before.
i cant get food im fasting. haha but i did play catch with my sister.
