Happy Friday Everyone! I loved to see a craft or something you created yesterday- I was able to give out some virtual “boarding passes!”
Here is our plan for today:
Spelling
-Today you are going to take your spelling test on Spelling City. Some people were having trouble finding the test. I have a username and password for you to help you login in you run into any problems. I gave out the username and password to most everyone- just keep using the same one. If you need help, email or Remind me!
Writing
Most of you signed up for a famous person to learn more about!
Assignment:
-Once you have signed up, I sent you a readworks article about the person you chose on Google Classroom.
– I also have a video for you to watch on the sign up sheet by your person’s name!
– Watch the video, read the article, and record any facts you learn about that person. I put the form to record facts on Google Classroom. I will share it here just in case.

Reading
Today for reading, I wanted to reward everyone’s hard work with a read aloud! Your only assignment today is watch my read aloud when I post the video today and I will ask questions about the read aloud during our Zoom chat today at 3:30! 🙂
Math
We are doing a new lesson today- it will be Module 4 Lesson 15. However, since it is Friday- I am only asking for students to do the Problem Set today and send it by Monday (not the homework).
Assignment:
1. Watch the song about quadrilaterals (Title: Quadrilaterals Song by Numberock)
2. Watch the math lesson video. I suggest doing problem set #5 with the video (he does a good job explaining that one on the video) and then doing the rest after. (Title: EngageNY Grade 4 Module 4 Lesson 15)
3. Finally, do the Problem Set and turn it into me by Monday!
Must do: 1,2,3,4,5,6
I will also post the homework and answer key if you want to try that.

Sharpen the Saw
I challenge you to play a board game sometime this weekend with family! I am playing a virtual trivia with my family tonight. You might have a good chance on Saturday-Please send me a picture or type me a message about it for a virtual boarding pass!
