Water is essential, but it doesn’t have to be boring! This week, try adding cucumbers to your water for a tasty treat.
Cucumber Infused Water
• Wash and thinly slice a cucumber
• Add to a pitcher of water and let sit for at least two hours
• Enjoy cold for a refreshing, healthy drink!
