Welcome to Stout Middle School! My name is Mr. Melvin, and I’ll be your 6th grade English Language Arts teacher.

For homework this week, students will be expected to:

-Get their syllabus signed and return it by Tuesday, Sept. 3rd.

-Bring in summer one-pagers by Thursday, August 29th.

-Bring in supplies found on the syllabus for Monday, September 9th.

-Find a good fit book that interests them at home or check one out from the school library or Mr. Melvin’s class library.

Please note that there is no school this Friday, August 30th or on Monday, September 2nd. Students will return to class on Tuesday, September 3rd.
