We began our day with Halloween centers! Here we are cup stacking ghosts with letters on the back!

We used the force of pushing with our breath to race spiders to letters we identified!

We strengthened our fine motor muscles with q-tip dip and dot painting!

We also strengthened the muscles in our hands by using tongs to grab spiders out of the web to build our name and our friends’ names!

I am sorry to blog late. I was out celebrating with my family! My son, Ryan was inducted into his school’s National Honor Society! 

My awesome parents brought us a pumpkin pie! The children tried some and then shared their opinions about the pie!

Many of the children liked the pumpkin pie!

We loved the shining spoons! We noticed we could see ourselves in them!

My mom and dad are so special!!!

Pharmacy students from Wayne State visited Oakman to teach us about how to stay healthy and avoid spreading germs!

We made a book for Mr. Abu-Rus and presented him a gift to show how much we appreciate all that he does for Oakman students! Happy Principal Appreciation Month, Mr. Abu-Rus!
