Here are some pictures to tell you about our day!
We sorted uppercase and lowercase Oos.
We worked independently during Word Work time! Some of us practiced writing letters after feeling how they are formed with our fingers.
Another Work Work choice is magnetic letter match up using big books!
During Word Work we can also match magnetic letters with their alphabet cards!
We love Work on Writing! We are choosing what we love to write about as we practice becoming better writers!
We write by drawing a picture on the top and “words'” on the bottom. 🙂
We have even been practicing writing our names on our papers!
We enjoy Read to Self time too. We love reading the pictures and looking for letters we have learned inside of our books!
We have many brain breaks!!! Here we are with a Jack Hartman song that helps us practice rhyming!!! See the link below to hear the song!
We sorted bundled/bagged items into groups of 2, 3, or 4! We told why we chose the Numbered Treasure Chest’s number for our items!
Tomorrow, Wednesday, is also PTA School Store! If your child would like to purchase a pencil or little treat from the school store, please send $.50 to $1. Thank you for all you do!
