Hello Families!
Our first 4 days of school was fun! We worked on routines and name recognition! We even worked on writing our names! Please check out the adorable pictures below of our first week of Young 5s! There is no school tomorrow or Monday in observance of Labor Day! See you on Tuesday! Enjoy the long weekend!

We talked about making good choices at school….. after reading “David Goes to School” by David Shannon!
We practiced pre-writing skills by tracing our names with dry erase markers and a baby sock for erasing! 🙂
We used dabbers to create the letters our first names begin with.
Then….we strengthened our fine motor muscles in our hands by placing small stickers on those letters!
