Hello Families!

Tonight your child is bringing homework for letter C. They have a letter C homework page in their folder as well as a letter c bag. We are practicing C with the hard c sound like in the beginning of cat, cookie, candy, corn.

We have also been reading the story, “There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves” by Lucille Colandro. Here is the story from YouTube:

We made a retelling puppet bag. Ask your child to use the little pictures inside the bag to what the Old Lady swallowed in order. At the end she sneezed and out came a……

Also, we would like 100% participation with signing up to be a PTA member. Please see me tomorrow if you have misplaced the paper. The cost is $10.00. The money goes towards our school’s PTA. They use it for events for you and your child to enjoy here at school like the upcoming Boo Bash party!

Please remember to read for 15 minutes and graph the number of books read!
