Terrific Tuesday

Hello Families!

We had a terrific Tuesday in Young 5s!!!

Take a look at some of the awesome things our In person group did today!

We practiced the letter Ll and used our bodies to create the shape of the letter Ll.
We created the letter Ll with playdough!
We brainstormed a list of words that begin with the letter Ll’s sound. This friend created a ladybug!
We used our Benchmark books to read our poem about PEACE and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. We circled all of the Lls!
We love learning at school!
Dr. Chochol visited us to read for March is Reading Month! We loved this visit and the story!!!
We created 10 groups of 10 to make 100 as we stamped the tip of an eraser into paint.
Making 10 groups of 10 was great practice for counting and concentrating as we exercised the muscles in our hands.
