A Wonderful Wednesday In Young 5s

Hello Families!

Today we had 100 percent of the students on Zoom submit assignments on Schoology work!!!! Way to go!!!

Take a look at what we did today!

We listened to the Benchmark poem, A Sailor Went to Sea. We then drew and told about what we noticed in the illustrations that sailor saw.

We practiced our sight words he and has.
We practiced being engineers!
We built our sight words!
We learned about words with the medial vowel short o. Check Schoology for a Google assignment!
We built our sight words for hands on learning!
Mrs. Torres taught us how to draw penguins!
We made letter manipulatives to practice our sight words!
We used number bonds to practice addition with 2 parts and a whole!
