Hello Families!

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the devoted moms, grandmas, sisters, aunts…. You all make such an impact in the lives of your children! Thank you for all you do! Sometimes, it may feel like all we do for our children goes unnoticed, but it really does not! Your children feel your love and your support everyday! Your love and encouragement is what makes them the happy little people I see every morning at school! Being a mom is a blessing that cannot be described with words. My mom and my grandmas have made me into the woman I am today. They are a continual support and offer wisdom, love, and guidance that I would never take for granted. When I had my son, Ryan 17 years ago, I looked at the little baby in  my arms and felt a surge of love like nothing I have ever experienced. Watching him grow up in to the man he is now is bitter-sweet but full of excitement and joy as I watch what God is doing in his life. I know you all feel that same excitement as you watch your children develop and grow. As you enjoy each milestone of development I wish all of you an unspeakable joy! And…one more thing, when my students accidentally call me mama….it warms my heart to know they would consider me as special as they consider you!
