Hello Families!
Tomorrow, (Thursday) is your child’s first school concert. They will be singing and dancing to songs they prepared with Mrs. F.! PLEASE do not miss this event! You can bring your other little ones too! Please invite your family and friends!
Trust me, as I tell you, these events are precious and once in a lifetime! Your child’s school years are going to go by so fast! Do not miss a thing! You will be thankful for all of the memories that you created!
We had some more guest readers today!!

Officer Aaron read, “Let’s Meet a Police Officer” by Gina Bellisario. We had such a fun time with him as he taught us about the courageous job a police officer does. And…..he gave all of the children in our class and in Mrs. Shooshanian’s class a challenge!!!!

Officer Aaron talked the children about the importance of knowing their address and phone number, should, God forbid, they ever get lost or there is an emergency. So…. We are going to test the children on knowing their phone number and address the week after we have Spring Break!!! Please begin practicing this important skill with your child!
Check out some of the other pictures from today!

We worked on blending the onset and the rime for the -et family. We wrote the first sound we needed to blend the sounds to make a word.

Then we used the magic boards to write an -et family word and read it to our Peanut Butter and Jelly partners.

Noor and Dana faithfully come every Wednesday with amazing stories to read to the children. They oftentimes, go above and beyond and engage the children in an activity that they prepare on their own!!! Take a look at these future educators!!! (Actually, they are educators each time they visit us 🙂 ) Thank you to these amazing and selfless girls!
And….we made it!!! It is Spring! It is officially Spring!!! Yay!!!!
Here are some bedtime stories about this season of renewal and beauty!
Thank you for all you do!
