Hello Families!
Can you believe we are already celebrating the 100th Day of School? I know I cannot! They say….time flies when you are having fun! We are certainly having fun in Young 5s at Oakman! We have been having fun learning to read, learning to write, learning to count….but most of all, learning about getting along with others, being a good friend, and growing as a super Young 5 star!
Here are some adorable pictures from the 100th Day of School. Thank you families, for making your children look like little 100 year old men and women. We had so much fun!

We stacked 100 cups in different ways! (Thank you to our new friends from Mrs. Habhab’s 5th grade class!)

We are working on counting 100 pretzels for a pretzel necklace. (Thank you to our friend from Mrs. Habhab’s class.
Thank you for all you do! Please read with your child for 15 minutes each night. On the back of the Minion paper in their folder is a log to fill. Put the date, the titles of the books and minutes read. This is a new contest to win going to a Minion party with Ms. Mahon and other Oakman students!
