Hello Families!

Today we learned the letter Ll!!! Your child brought home letter Ll homework today. They need to to bring 3-5 items or pictures of things that begin with /l/ tomorrow.

We also practiced telling our opinion about our favorite character in the book “Duck on a Bike” by David Shannon. We orally told our opinion and then expressed our opinion about our favorite character by creating it out of playdough!

“My favorite character is the cat!”

In Math Workshop today we practiced sorting skittles by color and then counting the Skittles in each group. We then found which group we had the most of! The children did a super awesome job with sorting and counting!! Way to go Young 5s!
