(ex. hat/cat, fish/dish) The children will also continue working on blending sounds to read a word. (ex. b-a-t blended reads bat) We are still practicing our independent Daily 5 time with Read to Self, Work on Writing, Word Work, and Listen to Reading. We will start to make personal connections to the stories we read. Please encourage your child to read their sight words and books from their reading bags each day!
