We had fun today with our friends! We decorated Christmas trees and ornaments! Thank you for a great time!
Spirit Week (12/19-12/23)!
Next week is Spirit Week at Howe (week of December 19th)!
Monday: Crazy Hair Day!
Tuesday: Backward/Inside out Day! Wear your shirt backwards and/or inside out!
Wednesday: Holiday wear and Sing-along! Wear your holiday outfits. The sing-along will be at 1:30 in the gym!
Thursday: Howe Spirit Wear!
Friday: Pajama Day! Wear your PJ’s to school and bring your favorite stuffed animal!

Preview, Monday, December 12
Shop, Tuesday and Wednesday, December 13-14
We’re transforming our music room into a Holiday Shop for three days in December!
During school hours, children will be able to experience
the joy of giving by choosing their own gifts for
friends, family, and even pets!
All gifts are priced at $2.00 each.
We will accept cash or checks made out to Howe PTA.
There will be parent volunteers to assist the kids
and help them stay within their budgets.
Holiday Sing-Along
We will be having a Holiday Sing-along on Wednesday, December 21st at 1:30 p.m.
It will be located in the Gym.
Our class will join together with Mrs. Keebler’s class to lead the song, Frosty the Snowman!
Please join us for the Holiday fun!
When To Keep Your Student Home from School
We do our best to keep our classrooms germ free. When your child shows signs of sickness, PLEASE keep them home from school to avoid passing germs to others. These guidelines are provided by the District. You may also find the guidelines on the District website as well. Thank you for your cooperation!
Picture Re-Takes
Picture Re-Takes will be held on Friday, December 2. You will need to return the original portrait package at that time. Thank you!

Wayne County Regional Enhancement Education Millage Proposal
School districts in Wayne County have placed a proposal on the November 8th ballot to provide added funding for our schools. It is the “Regional Enhancement Millage Proposal.”
If approved by the entire county, the 2 mil proposal will generate approximately $6.2 million from Dearborn but the District will receive $7.8 million in additional funding for our schools. Money would go to local schools starting this year and the millage expires after six years.
