We have received the approval for our class field trip to the Detroit Zoo.  We will be going on Wednesday, May 10, 2017.  Just wanted to give you a heads up! MARK YOUR CALENDAR! This trip will cost $6 for each student/parent.  We will like to invite you on this trip too!  I will send home a permission slip along with a chaperone form, if you interested!  Hope you can join us!  Look forward to our day out!  Thank you!!

Howe PTA wants to start the school year with sweet treats and delicious eats!

Place: Yogurtopia is located at Michigan Ave. and Military in Dearborn.  1000 S Military Street

When you order, tell them you’re from Howe Elementary School and we’ll get a portion of the day’s proceeds for our school!

Please join us for the Howe School Open House that is scheduled from 6:00pm-7:30pm on Tuesday, September 20. The purpose of this important event is to allow our families to meet their student’s teacher, learn about the curriculum that will be taught, and to hear about basic classroom procedures and policies. Special subject teachers and ancillary support staff will be available throughout the evening.

2016 Smoke on the Grill

It’s almost time to start school again! Let’s be honest! We would rather be there!

First, I would like to welcome you and your child back for the 2016-2017 school year.  Teaching is an absolute passion of mine!  I am so excited to work with you and your child.  It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures.  I cannot wait to see what the year has in store for us!

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.  It is important to keep communication open between us and I would love to talk to you whenever you feel the need! I look forward to a great year together!
