Language, Literacy, & Communication – Time to listen to the songs for the letters Rr & Ss.
How many letter Rr and Ss did you find? This is what I found.
Physical Development and Health – Remember MatMan? We used the MATMAN song to teach us about our body parts and to include them in our drawings. This video shows to make MatMan using lines and curves.
Here’s an example of a student drawing Matman.
After your child has watched the videos, give them a paper and ask them to draw Matman. Encourage your child to add details to their MatMan or “MatGirl” (i.e. clothes, shoes, eyebrows, eyelashes, hair, earrings, etc) Then, encourage your child to add other details to create a picture that will fill the WHOLE paper. PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO SEND ME A PICTURE OF THEIR DRAWING

The caterpillars haven’t changed into chrysalides yet. Some of them are hanging at the top so it could possibly happen this weekend. I will keep you posted! Here is a picture:
