Happy “Fun Day” Friday First graders, and Ramadan Mubarak to those who are observing. Today is going to be a little relaxed being that it’s the beginning of Ramadan.
Just do a little Reading, Math, Writing, or Google Classroom activities. NO RUSH!!! Be sure to hit “submit”.
Apparently we missed a few birthdays during this time of social distancing. Hussein’s Salem’s birthday was April 7th, Rabi Tamer’s birthday was April 13th, and Zeinab Hadla’s was last Saturday on April 18th. Congrats to all of you and I hope you had a great day.
Students of the Week
I know we had a few students who never got to be the student of the week before the school closing. I always randomly picked the new student from a group sticks with your names on them. I marked them after you were picked. I don’t have these sticks. If you could let me know who you are I can set up some activities for you to do during your week. I’m thinking:
- Make a poster to share out.
- Read a book to the class. (own video or on a google meet)
- Special show n tell
- Show us something you know how to do or a science experiment.
- Picture of you being the line leader in your house.
