💪 30 Day Challenge! 😅

For those of you feeling adventurous or wanting a challenge below is a link to a 30 day workout. Each day has a picture guide for what to do and how many of each to try and perform. Some of the exercise are difficult so try performing only half of the repetitions, instead of 10 reps just try 5. I personally am going to attempt these every other day. Hopefully you find something on here that you will not only like but will challenge your strength and agility. Half of the difficulty of working out is just getting started so pick a time in the day or evening and be committed to something. I’ll let you know how I did next week on a blog post.
