HAPPY FRIDAY! Today is April 24th, 2020. Thank you for continuing to send your child’s work daily. Below are todays assignments. 🙂

NOTE: The district has cancelled all Google Hangouts for the next few days. Unfortunately that means I will not be able to hold any meetings today and the PE hangout that was scheduled for today is also cancelled. I am hoping next week we will be able to hold them again!


Spelling Test:
Words: owl, brown, frown, clown, tower, habitat, survive, mother, baby, coverings
Surprise Words:
how, now, down, town, plow

Have a parent or sibling test you on your words! Take a picture and send it! I hope you get an A+! 🙂

Writing
Publish your ladybug writing on a new sheet of paper 🙂 Take a picture and send it to me or have someone take a video of you reading it out loud!

Make sure you have:
*nice handwriting
*capital letters at the beginning of your sentences
*finger spaces
*punctuation at the end of your sentences
*that your story makes sense!


Math

No video today! We are going to have some fun and create a picture using 2D shapes and answer some questions about it. The sheet you should use is attached below. I will also attach a picture of an example. 🙂
