Tonight’s homework involves addition with regrouping (carrying). We learned that adding two digit numbers is just like adding base ten counting blocks. We add the ones column first and we “carry” or regroup the tens to the tens column and write the ones in the ones column. Maybe this video will help explain it. Please watch this with your child.
