Wow! I cannot believe this is our last week of school. I have loved every minute of teaching my students this year. They are a wonderful group and I am so excited to watch them continue to grow. Our plans for the week will include a lot of cleaning up and organizing, but we will continue to read books, write paragraphs, build words, and solve problems during math workshop. Mr. Awada is asking that NO backpacks enter the building after Tuesday. This means that all students must take home any materials that they wish to keep. Also, I must collect all of their books (with the exception of books that I told them they could keep). Please make sure that your child brings his/her books with him/her tomorrow so that the collection can begin. They will read from my books for the remainder of the week during Daily 5.
